About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking fluent speakers of Malayalam for an ongoing project involving audio transcription quality assurance. If you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen ear for language accuracy, this is a great opportunity for you!
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing pre-transcribed Malayalam audio recordings (5-10 minutes in length) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2. Identifying and correcting errors, such as spelling mistakes, missing words, or misheard phrases.
3. Ensuring the transcription aligns perfectly with the spoken content in the recordings.
4. Demonstrating a strong understanding of transcription and quality assurance standards for Malayalam.
5. Using an online transcription editor to review, edit, and approve transcriptions.
6. Collaborating with the project team to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality results.
Important Notes:
1. Final transcription accuracy must exceed 95%.
2. Strong knowledge of written and spoken Malayalam is essential.
