Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Translate educational content accurately from English to Odia and vice versa, ensuring cultural sensitivity and linguistic precision
2. Proofread and edit translated materials to maintain high-quality standards and smooth readability
3. Collaborate with our team of experts to ensure accurate interpretation of complex subject matter
4. Conduct thorough research to ensure an accurate understanding of terminologies and concepts in the translation process
5. Communicate effectively with the team, adhering to project timelines and delivering translations within assigned deadlines
6. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation processes and maintaining consistency across various projects
7. Continuously improve language skills by staying updated with the latest linguistic trends and industry developments
8. Provide the voice-over of the translated file
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in spoken and written Odia language
2. Strong command of English to accurately translate content
3. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality translations
4. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple projects simultaneously

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per minute).
