About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to incoming leads on WhatsApp using AIsensy templates, personalize responses based on the query, and ensure timely follow-ups via calls (10-15 calls daily).
2. Organize and update lead statuses in CRM platforms or Excel, ensuring no lead is missed. Track conversions, responses, and feedback systematically.
3. Provide potential travelers with personalized travel suggestions, clarifying doubts about destinations, itineraries, or packages, focusing on Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
