Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage post-op calls to patients to ensure their well-being and address any concerns or questions they may have about the following treatment
2. Oversee hygiene recall efforts, scheduling appointments for patients for routine cleanings and examinations
3. Coordinate pending treatments by liaising with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals to schedule appointments and ensure necessary preparations are made
4. Provide exceptional patient support through effective communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive and seamless treatment experience

1. A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment.
4. Fresher or previous experience in a similar role within the dental industry
5. A bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as BDS, is preferred.
6. Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Sheets and scheduling software.
7. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is an advantage.
