Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating travel-related UGC videos that could be knowledgeable, funny, or feature news related to travel, capturing the essence of ExploreOn's offerings
2. Being creative and coming up with new content ideas that will engage our audience
3. Collaborating with the content team for support and feedback on video concepts
4. Researching current travel trends and content ideas for social media
5. Monitoring competitor content to stay updated with industry trends

Other requirements
A passion for content creation, especially video, and comfort with showing your face on camera
A confident communicator who can use voice modulation to make videos more engaging
Ability to create engaging UGC-style videos for Instagram (reels, stories)
Basic video shooting skills (you don’t need to edit the videos)
Previous experience in content creation is a plus but not required
Willingness to experiment with different video styles—knowledgeable, funny, or news-related

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per video).
