2. Demonstrated the ability to design posters for various marketing and social media campaigns.
3. Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
4. Familiarity with other design software or tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign) is a plus.
5. Proven track record of developing unique and visually appealing designs.
6. Ability to incorporate modern design trends and techniques into posters.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure design accuracy and quality.
8. Experience in making revisions and improvements based on feedback.
9. A portfolio with a variety of poster designs demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
10. Experience in designing posters for different industries or brands.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per performance).
