About the work from home job/internship
As a 'User Experience' (UX) intern at FC, you'll dive deep into understanding how our users interact with the platform ensuring that their experience is as enjoyable and smooth as possible. You'll engage with members in the FCverse, website, and app, encouraging them to join activities like co-working and socializing while simultaneously gathering insights on how we can enhance the overall user experience.
By working closely with our UX team, you'll gain exposure to user research, feedback analysis, and design thinking, essential skills that will help you grow into roles such as UX Specialist, User Researcher, or other positions focused on improving digital interactions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with community members across FCverse, website, and app to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
2. Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improving user experience.
3. Work closely with the UX team to suggest enhancements that could make interactions within the community more intuitive and enjoyable.
4. Facilitate usability testing sessions and compile findings to drive future improvements.
5. Encourage users to explore different features and provide feedback on their experiences.
