User Experience (UX) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. User Engagement & Experience
1. Ensure a seamless and inclusive experience for users, actively engaging with them on the platform to build a sense of belongingness.
2. Provide real-time assistance to users, guiding them through platform features, and helping them connect with others based on shared interests.
3. Ensure users are fully integrated into the community, fostering meaningful personal and professional connections.

b. Research & Insight Collection
1. Observe user behavior and collate feedback from your time with users, reflecting their needs and experiences.
2. Identify areas for enhancement based on user feedback, both positive and constructive, to help inform future developments.
3. Provide actionable insights that lead to better user experiences and assist in the designing of the platform that truly serves our users' needs.

c. Platform Monitoring & Troubleshooting
1. Monitor platform performance and assist with resolving technical issues, ensuring users have an uninterrupted experience.
2. Support users in navigating and utilizing platform features, addressing any challenges they may face.
