About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source and connect with influencers on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
2. Negotiate barter-based collaborations where influencers receive our garments in exchange for creating video & photo content featuring our brand.
3. Gather and edit influencer-generated content (photoshoots and video shoots) to align with brand guidelines and specifications, delivering final versions for publication.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 800 per per video).

1. Duration: 6 - 12 months
2. Compensation: Monthly or project-based (open for discussion, to be decided after reviewing the portfolio and quality of work)
3. Performance Reward: Additional rewards for reaching over 100,000 views
4. Sales Partnership: Influencers can join our affiliate program, earning a percentage of net sales generated by their content.
