1. Transform raw footage into impactful video narratives that resonate with our organization's mission and brand identity
2. Partner with the team to brainstorm video project concepts and develop engaging storytelling techniques for the HOS (Humans of Shakti) initiative
3. Utilize professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create visually captivating HOS videos with a runtime of 3 to 4 minutes
4. Employ your editing skills to refine the raw content, enhance its visual appeal, and ensure a polished final product
