Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software for comprehensive video editing tasks.
3. Create engaging short-form content (reels, clips) from long-format videos to drive social media engagement.
4. Add and manage captions, including translating between English and Hindi as needed.
5. Develop compelling video intros and outros, and select appropriate background music that enhances the video's tone and message.
6. Understanding of AI tools for video editing (e.g., Opus Pro) is a plus.
7. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for video content.
8. Take initiative in suggesting improvements and experimenting with new editing techniques or styles.
9. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and meets project deadlines.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per video).
Selection Process:
1. Application Review: We will review all applications and resumes, focusing on relevant skills, experience, and the responses provided.
2. Assessment Invitation: Selected applicants will be invited to complete a small paid video editing assessment.
3. Assessment Details: Applicants will receive a raw video file to edit into a 3-5 minute highlight reel and create 2-3 short-form videos (15-30 seconds each) with necessary captions and audio.
4. Final Selection: After reviewing the submitted videos, we will announce the final candidates who will continue with the internship and ongoing projects.
