At InspiredByDreams, we create podcasts that amplify the voices of individuals making a positive impact in various industries. Our episodes feature insightful conversations with influencers and changemakers who are inspiring others to take action and create positive change. We are now looking for a YouTube podcast video editing intern to help us bring our podcast content to life visually. As the video editing intern, you will be responsible for editing podcast episodes for our YouTube channel. You'll focus on transforming raw podcast footage recorded over Zoom into engaging, polished videos that resonate with our audience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit podcast videos, turning raw footage into polished videos ready for YouTube, with a focus on maintaining high-quality visuals and audio
2. Incorporate graphics, captions, and subtitles to make the content more engaging and accessible to a wider audience
3. Ensure the videos are optimized for YouTube, including proper intro/outro sequences

1. Proficiency in any video editing software
2. Basic knowledge of YouTube video optimization
3. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva)
4. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
5. A passion for podcasting and storytelling, especially in inspiring and positive content
6. Previous experience with video editing (e.g., personal projects, coursework, or freelance work) is a plus
1. Work directly on editing podcast episodes that will be shared with a growing audience on YouTube
