4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video editing skills
5. Work closely with mentors and supervisors to receive feedback and guidance on projects
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for video content
7. Manage and organize video files and assets to ensure efficiency and accessibility during the editing process.
