We are seeking a reliable and proactive virtual assistant to support the founder in managing two exciting start-ups in the space of e-commerce and education. This role is critical in helping with hiring, research, administrative tasks, and day-to-day management to ensure smooth operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on job boards
2. Screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates
3. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize tasks
4. Handle email correspondence and basic customer support inquiries
5. Conduct market research for business opportunities, tools, and trends
6. Compile reports and summaries to support decision-making
7. Track progress on key tasks for both startups
8. Follow up with vendors, freelancers, or collaborators
9. Maintain organized files and documents
10. Handle ad hoc tasks as needed to support the founder's workload

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
