About the work from home job/internship

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive virtual assistant to assist the company's admin work and multiple paperwork related to our brands/companies as needed. It also entails reaching out and connecting with representatives to have a meaningful talk and showcase representation.

You will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of daily tasks, ranging from administrative duties to project support, team motivation, director representation, and customer relations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organization and documentation: Creating and maintaining organized files and documentation. Helping in organizing digital and physical workspaces, paperwork, registration work, and connecting with different vendors of different projects to follow up and see the project to close.
2. Onboarding, scouting Talents as and when needed.
3. Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings. Managing basic administrative tasks, including email correspondences.
4. Project support: Providing support for ongoing projects, tracking tasks and deadlines.
6. End goal or target for the virtual assistant or personal secretary: Efficiently managing and streamlining any Ad-hoc administrative tasks and responsibilities, enabling the founder to focus on his core responsibilities of managing teams.

Schedule of the selection committee:

1. The first round of interviews will be recorded via a Google form which will be shared on message.
2. The second round would be an interview with the HR or the founder directly.
3. The first 1 week will be training (your offer of work will be handed to you here).
4. your internship will start from here and the manager will give you assignments, to do tasks and work responsibilities from here.

1. B Tech CS.

2. Someone with experience in RPA setup and ability to create automated processes, systems and procedures for automations and does not need manual handling.

3. Someone with the know-how of working eco system of digital marketing and sales.

4. Is a quick learner and can self-learn technologies from YouTube or paid courses and setup working procedures and systems.
