About the work from home job/internship
We are building a business around helping customers manage their daily lives more efficiently, and this role is part of our pilot initiative. Stirring Minds is hiring Virtual Assistants who will be responsible for managing the personal and professional lives of our clients, ensuring their days are more sorted and productive. This is a remote position, and the Virtual Assistant will assist both Stirring Minds management and its clients with various tasks, both office-related and home-related.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for clients.
2. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
3. Conduct online research and compile reports.
4. Provide customer support via email, chat, or phone.
5. Assist with social media management, including content scheduling and engagement.
6. Coordinate virtual meetings and take minutes.
7. Maintain confidential and sensitive information securely.
8. Order groceries online and manage daily household chores for clients.
9. Help with travel planning, bookings, and itinerary management.
10. Arrange and schedule services such as maintenance, home organization, and personal tasks.
11. Develop SOPs and plans for better home and life management.
12. Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to help clients maintain a balanced and efficient lifestyle.

5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
