About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Webinar planning & organization:
a. Assist in planning and organizing virtual webinars.
b. Set up and manage technical aspects of the webinar (e.g., platforms like Zoom or Google Meet).
c. Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and other team members to ensure smooth execution.

2. Promotion & outreach:
a. Promote upcoming webinars through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and messaging apps.
b. Create promotional materials, such as social media posts, email templates, and flyers.
c. Reach out to target audiences (students, professionals, etc.) to invite them to attend the webinars.

3. Engagement & interaction during webinars:
a. Monitor the audience engagement during webinars (e.g., Q&A sessions, polls).

4. Post-webinar follow-ups:
a. Conduct follow-up communication with attendees, thanking them for their participation and encouraging them to take further action.
b. Track attendance and provide detailed reports on conversion rates.

5. Reporting & analytics:
a. Analyze webinar performance, including attendee numbers, engagement levels, and conversion statistics.
