Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of our SaaS platform to ensure optimal performance.
2. Act as the first point of contact for user support, handling inquiries and issues with patience and efficiency.
3. Create, design, and update webpages within our platform, tailoring content to meet our users' needs and preferences.
4. Develop and implement content strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the development team to suggest improvements to the platform's functionality and user experience.
6. Assist in the creation of instructional materials and documentation for platform users.
7. Monitor site performance and engage in proactive actions to address site issues or downtimes.
8. Regularly gather and report feedback from users to guide future platform enhancements.
