About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize internal and client WordPress websites.
2. Customize and update WordPress themes and plugins based on the needs of both internal projects and client requirements.
3. Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement new features and improve user experience across client websites.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including plugin conflicts and technical errors, for both internal and client projects.
5. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO, ensuring best practices are applied.
6. Assist with website migrations, backups, and ongoing maintenance for both internal and client sites.
7. Conduct performance tests and implement improvements for client websites to meet their business needs.
8. Stay updated with the latest WordPress and web development trends to ensure client projects are cutting-edge.

Other requirements

1. Basic knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and page builders.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 6000 per per project basis).
