2. Portfolio: A demonstrable portfolio of previous WordPress projects (personal, academic, or freelance).
3. Passion for Web Development: Strong interest in website development and eagerness to build expertise in WordPress.
4. Learning Attitude: A proactive mindset for learning new tools, techniques, and best practices in WordPress development.
5. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
6. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of Design Tools (Preferred): Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Canva to collaborate effectively with the design team.
8. Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of website analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
