About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Discover and build connections with saree and salwar shops across Chennai, convincing store owners to showcase their collections on our channel.
2. Conduct video shoots at different shops, highlighting their unique collections and features. Act as the presenter for the channel (camera presence is a plus!).
3. Edit and enhance videos to create engaging, high-quality content for YouTube.
4. Assist in developing strategies to increase subscriber count and viewership, engage with the audience, and build a community.

Other requirements

1. Leverage knowledge of social media marketing to help grow the YouTube channel and increase engagement.

2. Showcase a keen interest in Indian ethnic wear, especially sarees and salwars, to effectively present content.

3. Apply basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar) to create high-quality content.

4. Communicate effectively with shop owners, building relationships and presenting content confidently on camera.

5. Travel comfortably within Chennai to visit shops and conduct video shoots.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per video).
