Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage & grow our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@inspiredbydreams)with a data-driven approach
2. Optimize video titles, descriptions & tags to boost reach & rankings
3. Analyze YouTube analytics and suggest strategies for better engagement
4. Experiment with thumbnails & titles (A/B testing for better CTR)
5. Post YouTube shorts & community updates for audience engagement
6. Implement SEO & trending strategies to increase views and subscribers

You love YouTube and want to learn how to scale a channel
You have basic knowledge of YouTube SEO, keyword research, and analytics
You are creative and know how to capture an audience’s attention
Experience with TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or Google Trends is a bonus
Fluency in Hindi (mandatory, as podcasts are recorded in hindi)
Basic graphic and video editing skills (will be a plus but not mandatory)
Inspired By Dreams Foundation, is a Delhi-NCR-based youth-run social impact organization that was founded with the spirit of bringing change by empowering change-makers. We work in association with other social impact organizations, activists, influencers, etc., and facilitate them digitally so that they can reach out to a larger section of society. One of our major initiatives is Inspired By Dreams Podcast, where we are creating a series of podcasts so that we can bring the good work of changemakers, in front of a large audience.
