About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough research on trending topics within the finance and stock market niche
2. Develop compelling content ideas that align with our channel's theme and audience interests
3. Ensure scripts are fact-checked, engaging, and informative
4. Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts for YouTube videos and Reels
5. Structure scripts to maximize audience retention and engagement
6. Ensure scripts align with the YouTube algorithm, including SEO, hooks, retention strategies, and CTA placement
7. Develop catchy hooks, smooth transitions, and a strong conclusion
8. Write in a tone that resonates with our audience, whether conversational, authoritative, educational, or entertaining
9. Adapt the style of writing to suit different video formats, including listicles, explainers, storytelling, case studies, and deep dives
10. Work closely with the video editor, voice-over artist, and content team to ensure scripts align with the final video output
11. Be open to revisions and incorporate feedback to refine content in the initial days
12. Optimize scripts to enhance watch time, engagement, and retention
13. Integrate relevant keywords, hashtags, and viral elements to boost video discoverability
14. Stay updated with YouTube trends, competitor content, and audience preferences
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in scriptwriting for YouTube or digital content
2. Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex topics
3. Basic understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, and audience psychology
4. Ability to write in a conversational and engaging style
5. Experience in writing for different content types, including short-form and long-form
6. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
