Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calendar Management:
a. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
b. Schedule my calendar and to-do lists
c. Update me regarding plans according to the set goals.
2. Communication Management:
a. Screen and direct phone calls and emails.
b. Manage my LinkedIn page to message clients regarding my counseling services
3. Administrative Support:
a. Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
b. Order office supplies and equipment as needed.
c. Handle expenses in an Excel for financial management.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information. The job role requires high integrity and honesty.
