Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct engaging interviews with guests from various backgrounds and industries.
2. Research and prepare insightful questions to drive meaningful conversations.
3. Record and edit podcast episodes to ensure high-quality content.
4. Collaborate with the production team to brainstorm new ideas and topics.
5. Promote podcast episodes on social media platforms to increase listener engagement.
6. Monitor listener feedback and incorporate suggestions for improvement.
7. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new formats or styles to keep content fresh and relevant.
