Procurement Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in identifying sustainable vendors.
2. Work on vendor lead generation as per the stated requirements.
3. Connect with potential vendors and communicate the benefits of becoming part of Estalmia.
4. Follow up on emails, phone calls, and social media for onboarding.
5. Hand-hold vendors through the onboarding process.
6. Solve vendor queries and handle objections with the help of the manager.
7. Complete the documentation required for the onboarding process.
8. Ensure all assigned vendors' contracts are up to date and store electronic and paper copies appropriately.
9. Input and maintain data in procurement-related tools and applications.
10. Support the Procurement Manager in determining price forecasts for budget cycles.
