Product Design (Home Decor & Gifting) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing sustainable home decor and gifting products using Indian handicraft techniques by going through all stages, right from ideation to design
2. Researching of lesser known arts and crafts of India
3. Gathering an in-depth understanding of existing products, being responsible for product checking and quality control
4. Creating sketches, layouts, and mood boards in accordance with the brand aesthetic
5. Work on execution by communicating with artisans and in-house tailors to bring designs to life (for sampling as well as the finished product)
6. Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques and seeking design inspiration
7. Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes and create new concepts
