About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and develop innovative developmental toys for children aged 2 to 5
2. Conduct research on child development and early learning to inform design decisions
3. Collaborate with educators, child development experts, and parents to gather insights and feedback
4. Create detailed design specifications, sketches, prototypes, and 3D models
5. Work with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible, safe, and cost-effective
6. Stay updated on industry trends, safety standards, and new materials or technologies
7. Participate in user testing and iterate designs based on feedback and observations
8. Present design concepts and progress to internal teams and stakeholders

4. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software).

5. Strong sketching, prototyping, and 3D modeling skills.

6. Understanding of safety standards and regulations for childrens toys.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Passion for creating products that positively impact childrens development.
