1. A strong passion for product management, UX/UI design, and tech-driven innovation.
2. Proficiency in Figma and experience creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
3. Basic understanding of product management processes, including prioritizing tasks and features.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
5. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think through user needs and deliver elegant solutions.
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
7. Prior experience or coursework in product management, UX/UI design, or a related field is a plus.
8. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in product design, computer science, business, or a related field.
9. Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
10. Understanding of product development processes and basic knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
11. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and design iteration.
12. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development concepts is a bonus but not required.
13. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace.
