As a Product Management intern at LYNC Organics (Organikness Pvt. Ltd.), you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our dynamic product team to drive the success of our proprietary digital platforms.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the team to support the development and enhancement of our app and dashboard solutions for organic commodity procurement.
2. Assist in gathering and prioritizing user requirements through market research, user feedback, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing to translate user needs into actionable product features and enhancements.
4. Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch - conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure product quality and usability.
5. Assist in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for product optimization and growth.
6. Contribute to the development of product documentation, training materials, and support resources for internal teams and external users.

1. Currently pursuing their final year or a recent graduate of Bachelorss or Masterss degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Familiarity with product management principles and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is a plus.
4. Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management software.
5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 500000 /year
