1. Work with the product and sales team to deeply understand buyer problems and how Fyle solves them
2. Conduct market and competitor research to help differentiate Fyle s product features and offering
3. Create sales enablement collateral like product presentations, one-pagers, whitepapers, etc.
4. Create videos to highlight product features or benefits of Fyle that can be used on socials, in campaigns, on the website and more
5. Responsible for keeping the website and other collateral updated to reflect all product features accurately
6. Help create new website and landing pages for various campaigns and launches
7. Help other teams in marketing with channel/campaign/target-audience specific messaging guidelines and assets
8. Responsible for creating case studies and testimonials (video or written) to be used across the website and elsewhere, and updating customer logos regularly
9. Directly responsible for keeping Fyle s listings and external profiles, like G2, Capterra, etc, updated with the latest features and messaging
10. Collate and present website-related data and metrics to the team
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6-18 months experience (experience in B2B SaaS will be an added benefit)
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Hands-on experience working in Figma, Google Analytics, Hubspot
4. Experience in writing product-related content, collaterals, technical documentation, etc.
5. Comfortable working with teams in different time zones
