About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage incoming user queries through the support chat feature on our website Provide proactive and timely support and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
2. Collaborate with the product and engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that customers may encounter
3. Establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the users
4. Gather and record new feature requests and product improvement insights through user interactions
5. Drive product adoption, retention, and upsell to the users, share product USPs, assist in buying decisions, etc
6. Provide appropriate solutions and substitutes within the timeframes specified, and follow up to ensure resolution Serve as a product expert and deliver training to customers, empowering them to make the most out of our technology
7. Maintain user interaction logs, handle customer accounts, and file paperwork as and when necessary
8. Follow communication protocols, rules, and policies

Note:

1. Shift Timings (US Shift): 6:30 PM 3:00 AM IST
2. Location: Bangalore (Remote)
3. Duration of the Internship: 4 - 6 Months
4. Compensation and Benefits: Stipend up to 25,000/month, depending upon the skill sets and performance of the candidate

Other requirements

1. Education: preferred to have a BCA or similar degree

2. Candidates must be comfortable with US shift timing and also demonstrate flexibility in this regard

3. Internship experience: Candidates must have completed at least one internship and possess experience in customer support

4. Startup-friendly attitude: We seek individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to take ownership of their tasks to ensure successful outcomes adaptability and a proactive approach are essential qualities we value in potential team members

5. US Shift, technical customer support, excellent written and verbal English

6. Prior internship experience, understanding of SaaS, and good research skills

7. Work type: Internship with PPO
