The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and possess excellent communication skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct thorough research to identify prominent leaders within the banking, finance, and insurance (BFSI) sector in India.
2. Utilize online resources, industry publications, and professional networks to gather information about potential interview candidates.
3. Craft personalized outreach messages to engage with identified leaders and secure interview opportunities for inclusion in the book.
4. Communicate effectively via email and other channels to establish initial contact and coordinate interview logistics.
5. Utilize calendar booking applications such as Calendly or Zcal to schedule interviews according to Roshan's availability.
6. Coordinate with interview candidates to confirm meeting logistics and ensure smooth scheduling.
7. Maintain detailed records of all communications and interactions with interview candidates.
8. Provide regular updates to Roshan on progress and outcomes, ensuring all necessary details are documented for inclusion in the book.
9. Support Roshan in various tasks related to content creation, research, and administrative duties for the book.
10. Collaborate with Roshan to ensure efficient workflow and successful completion of projects.
