Key responsibilities:

1. Enjoy coordinating with teams, managing details, and ensuring projects run smoothly
2. Have a knack for problem-solving, clear communication, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
3. Oversee the writer pool and maintain clear communication
4. Follow up with writers to ensure deadlines are met
5. Find and onboard new writers as per project requirements
6. Manage agreements, invoices, and payment-related tasks for writers
7. Ensure the timely release of payments and smooth delivery of work within the payment cycle
8. Keep communication transparent and efficient between the team and writers
9. Anticipate and manage upcoming requirements for the content team
10. Research and onboard AI tools, production houses, and voice-over artists as needed
11. Assist in planning and executing various projects to meet team goals
