Psychology Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Conduct Individual Therapy Sessions:
Provide one-on-one counseling to employees to address personal, professional, and mental health issues.

a.Maintain confidentiality and create a safe, supportive environment for open communication.

B.Develop and Implement Wellness Programs:
Design and lead workshops on stress management, work-life balance, and other mental health topics.

2.Organize activities and events that promote mental well-being and resilience among employees.

a.Monitor Employee Well-being:
Regularly check in with employees to assess their mental health status and provide ongoing support.

b.Identify and address early signs of mental health issues, providing appropriate interventions or referrals.
