About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call potential authors (leads) to introduce Suman Publications' services and convert them into clients.
2. Build strong relationships with authors and understand their publishing needs.
3. Follow up with leads, address queries, and close deals.
4. Maintain a database of leads, track progress, and report sales performance.
5. Guide authors through the entire publishing process, from manuscript submission to final book release.
6. Coordinate with the editorial team for manuscript editing and content improvement.
7. Work with the design team for cover design, illustrations, and formatting.
8. Ensure smooth progress in typesetting, ISBN registration, and printing.
9. Oversee distribution & marketing strategies to maximize book sales.
10. Act as the main point of contact between authors and various publishing departments.
11. Ensure timely completion of each stage of publishing by following up with internal teams.
12. Identify and resolve any bottlenecks in the process to ensure a smooth workflow.
13. Ensure all published books meet Suman Publications' quality standards.
14. Keep track of deadlines and maintain proper documentation.
15. Provide regular reports on sales conversion, project status, and publication timelines.
16. Suggest improvements in processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of sales).

Suman Publications was founded in the year 2017 by Abhay Raj Solanki in partnership with Ashok K Solanki and Onetwork Global Services Private Limited.
