As a Python intern at Flair Insights, you will have the opportunity to apply your coding skills to automate tasks and streamline processes within our organization. You will work closely with our team to develop solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop Python scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and processes
2. Collaborate with team members to understand automation needs and requirements
3. Identify opportunities for automation and propose innovative solutions to enhance workflow efficiency
4. Test and debug code to ensure functionality and reliability of automation scripts
5. Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and platforms to optimize performance
6. Document code and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance
7. Stay updated on Python best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve coding skills
8. Provide support and assistance to team members in implementing and utilizing automation solutions

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
2. Proficiency in Python programming language with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
3. Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, ansible, or Puppet is a plus
4. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
