Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on product requirements
2. Execute test cases and document test results
3. Identify and report defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues
4. Perform regression testing to ensure that resolved issues do not resurface
5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software
6. Provide feedback to the development team on product quality issues and potential improvements
