About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Conduct daily tests on our production app, collaborate with the customer support team, and engage with customers to understand issues and coordinate fixes with the development team.
2. Monitor and log daily production issues, ensuring prompt resolution of reported bugs and verifying fixes in production.
3. Develop comprehensive test plans by thoroughly understanding features and writing corresponding test cases.
4. Familiarize with backend and frontend workflows, address corner cases, and ensure effective communication with users.
5. Execute test plans and actively participate in regression testing, maintaining records of test cases executed and bugs reported.
6. Retest all resolved bugs and maintain updated statuses of test plans and open bug lists.
7. Report progress and follow up with stakeholders, providing summaries of bug fix statuses during meetings.
8. Maintain detailed documentation of issues and track the execution status of test plans.
