1. A good understanding of how websites and applications behave
2. Keen for the best user experience
3. Neck to find the issues/bugs that will disturb or distort the users activities
4. Experience or keen interest in testing and using different platforms, websites, apps, etc
5. Knowledge of DevOps is an added advantage
6. Hands-on experience in non-functional testing skills like load testing, performance testing and security testing
7. Experience working in a Windows environment
8. Understanding of software development (preferably Java) and continuous integration systems
9. Experience with testing on AWS and EC2 environments
10. Experience in testing APIs
11. Experience working in an agile environment
12. Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
