We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to support our B2B sales and marketing initiatives at AvinyaSQ. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in strategic marketing, sales outreach, and digital content creation. You will gain insights into selling high-tech solutions and engaging with businesses interested in quantum-safe migration and cybersecurity.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Market Research and Analysis:
1. Research and identify potential B2B clients and industry trends related to quantum-safe migration, cybersecurity, and data protection.
2. Analyze competitor activities and market positioning for better understanding of our competitive advantage.
b. Sales Outreach and Lead Generation
1. Assist in identifying leads and managing prospect lists.
2. Support the Sales activities in reaching out to potential clients, setting up meetings, and nurturing leads through various channels.
3. Follow up with prospective clients, collecting insights and scheduling follow-ups.
c. Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
1. Assist in creating engaging B2B content, including blogs, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and case studies to enhance our products' digital presence.
2. Contribute to content strategies that drive engagement and educate potential clients on quantum-safe solutions.
d. Campaign and Event Support
1. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and virtual events.
2. Track campaign metrics and performance, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggesting improvements.
e. CRM and Data Management
1. Update and maintain the CRM system with client interactions, ensuring accurate data management.
2. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for prospective clients and stakeholders.
The internship may be extended to 6 months based on mutual consent.

1. Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields with IT technical background. A cybersecurity background is preferred
2. Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B sales processes, digital marketing, and lead generation is a plus, especially around Enterprise software products and solutions.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with any CRM systems is a bonus.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication, research, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and in a team; proactive and results-oriented mindset.
5. Interest in Technology: Curiosity and understanding of deep-tech solutions and emerging cybersecurity challenges in the quantum space is highly preferred.
Currently, I am working on a new venture (not yet incorporated) with initial focus on addressing the opportunities around quantum threat by providing solutions for quantum safe migration with PQC.
