Real Estate Research Work From Home Internship

Space and Fit Out Technologies is looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented real estate research executives to join our team. The role involves visiting key markets in the assigned city or region, scouting potential locations as per client requirements, and engaging with property owners to assess property availability and suitability.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visit key markets and locations in the assigned area (NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Lucknow, Allahabad, or Hyderabad)
2. Scout and identify properties that meet client specifications (e.g., retail, commercial, or residential spaces)
3. Engage with property owners to gather property details, availability, and negotiate terms
4. Prepare and share property reports and data with the internal team via mobile or digital platforms
5. Maintain a detailed record of all property scouting activities and ensure timely follow-up with property owners
6. Travel to nearby cities and towns as required to expand the property search scope

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum of a 12th pass-out with diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in real estate, marketing, or related fields
2. Prior experience in property surveying, real estate research, or property management is an advantage
3. Familiarity with the local property market and its dynamics is preferred
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with property owners and clients
5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
