Recruiter Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates: Assist in identifying potential candidates using various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
2. Screening and shortlisting: Conduct initial assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
3. Coordinating interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
4. Database management: Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and documentation.
5. Job posting: Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
6. Candidate communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
7. Support recruitment team: Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of hiring processes.
