Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
2. Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
4. Creating job postings and managing job boards and social media recruitment platforms
5. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and providing a positive candidate experience
6. Assisting with the coordination of interviews and candidate assessments
7. Contributing to the overall recruitment strategy and process improvement initiatives

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per per joining).
