About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in identifying and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for roles.
3. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
4. Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to support recruitment strategies.
