About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Review the Job applications
2. Interview the candidates as per the Job description
3. Source the candidates through various job posts
4. Maintain Recruitment database
5. liaise with managers for the interview schedule
6. Understand the process of recruitment
7. Any other HR work assigned by the mentor

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of conversation ).
