Recruitment Consultant Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
2. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.
3. Build and maintain a network of candidates for future hiring needs.
4. Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Please note:
1. This is an incentive-based internship with a fixed stipend of 1,000 per month, along with additional incentives ranging from 500 to 3,000, depending on the successful closing of candidates.
2. If, over the course of 3 months, your performance meets expectations (i.e., achieving more than 5 joinings in any two consecutive months), Stratovizion may consider hiring you as a full-time employee, subject to management approval.
3. Additionally, this will also be a work-from-home opportunity for full-time employees.
