As a recruitment consultant intern at Unidus Services (Manpower) Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of talent acquisition. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential as you communicate with candidates and clients. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and MS-Word will also be utilized as you assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various job openings.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting initial screenings of candidates through phone interviews
2. Assisting in creating job postings and managing job boards
3. Utilizing MS-Excel to track candidate information and recruitment metrics
4. Coordinating interviews and assessments between candidates and clients
5. Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
6. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
7. Contributing ideas and feedback for process improvements within the recruitment department

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per joining).
