Recruitment Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria based on set budgets.
2. Source profiles using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline, including recruitment consultants, job portals, employee referrals, references, social media, and campus recruitment.
3. Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and the business team at various locations.
4. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
5. Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
