1. Education: Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related fields.
2. Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
3. Organizational skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
4. Tech-savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards. Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
5. Interest in recruitment: Passion for learning about hiring processes and the HR industry.
6. Team player: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
7. Bonus skills: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or prior recruitment experience.
